TERMS OF SERVICE

  • You must be 18+ for commissioning NSFW art.

  • Payments will be made by Paypal (via invoice which I am responsible for sending to the client with the respective Paypal email)

  • The payment must always be in advance before I start the commission. (The advance payment is the 100% , In the case of a payment plan, we agree on the installment amounts before sending the invoice.)

  • Commissions are always digital

  • DEADLINE: The commissions have a delay of 1-2 months approximately, being 2 months generally the maximum term, please AVOID ASKING IF THERE ARE PROGRESS OR WHEN IT WILL BE READY (Please spare me the "how is goin?" "I just came to check how is everything" "Any update?" comments.), that is really very very stressful for me (anxiety), I send screenshots of the progress frequently. (Though for complex illustrations it can take more time.)

  • if you really need the commission urgently or a specific date, notify before, an extra of 25% will be charged.

  • I ALWAYS publish the finished works, if you want me to tag you in it, tell me before finishing the commission,

  • If you want your commission piece kept private I will charge a 25% more of the final price of your piece.

  • Final image is for pesonal use only. (If you want art for commercial use it can be discussed)

  • If your character has very complex details (specific skin markings, too many complex colors, difficult outfits, etc.) you must pay extra.

  • I usually accept only picture and photo references, not text but If you have a written reference I will charge extra for design costs. (This does not count for the "Reference sheet" commission.)

  • In custom commissions, I always send a sketch so that mistakes and poses can be corrected, none of that will be corrected in the final work, please take a good look at the sketches before approval!

  • changes after the piece is finished cost 5$ or more when the final product is ready. ONLY I DO CHANGES FREE it’s my mistake. (example: I totally forgot a tatto, or paint your rigth ear in white and not blue) that’s when I can make edits for free. (This doesn't concern art style)

  • Full sized finished picture will be sent on your email/notes. pls download it as I'll delete it from my docs later

  • BACKGROUND price starts from 20% of the character price, but usually varies very much depending on the complexity.

My Reserved Right(s):

☞ I reserve the right to use the completed image as I see fit, including but not limited to, producing and selling prints, posting to galleries, advertising, or making art books for distribution (If you wish not to use it in this way you can make an additional payment)☞ I reserve the right to post alternates of the image in my PortFolio☞ I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.☞ I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission to those who are exceptionally rude, cannot clearly communicate what they're wanting done, or have been known to back charge commissions once completed.☞ I have the right to cancel a commission. Payment will be refunded entirely or partially depending on the reason☞ I retain the rights to the artwork, which includes publish the artwork in an art book, post the image to my public gallery, etc. portfolios (unless the art is private, of course)
